What format are the sound effects delivered in?

The sound effects included in the Pro Sound Pack are delivered in high quality WAV (44.1kHz, 48kHz or 96kHz, 16bit or 24bit, Stereo, uncompressed) and MP3 (320kbps, Stereo, the highest MP3 quality) formats. Click here for file properties. On your download page, you can download the Pro Sound Pack in either WAV or MP3 format, or both.

How do I buy the Pro Sound Pack?
When you click the 'Download Now' button on the homepage, you'll be taken to the secure shopping cart system powered by Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted and safest online payment solutions on the web. Stripe and PayPal (owned by eBay) are the leading online payment processors today used by many Fortune 500 companies. Buying through Stripe or PayPal is safer than most offline credit card purchases.

How do I receive my order?

After your payment is confirmed, click on the 'Download' button on the 'Thank You' page to receive the download instructions. You will also immediately receive an order confirmation email with the download instructions. On your download page, you can download all 3500 sound effects in zip files with only a few clicks. The downloads are organized and divided into manageable sections for easier and faster downloads.

What is the size of the download?

The Pro Sound Pack is 2.6 GB in MP3 format. If you need the same files in WAV format, the size of the download is 17.97 GB. The downloads are organized and divided into manageable sections for easier and faster downloads.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe. Please note that you can pay with any major credit card or debit card through PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account. All payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal's secure payments system, and we do not hold any credit card information on record.

Can I get an invoice/receipt for my order?

Do I get a copy of the License Agreement?

Yes. On your download page, you can print or save a copy of the License Agreement for your records.

Who produced the sound effects?
​
The sound effects included in the Pro Sound Pack are recorded, designed, produced, owned and copyrighted by us, Finnolia Productions Inc, and protected under the copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. All sound effects are completely legal and safe to use.
Upon purchase of the Pro Sound Pack, we grant you a license to use our sound effects in your projects in accordance with the terms and conditions of the License Agreement.
Our sounds are professionally recorded and produced by our recordists and sound designers. All our sound effects are recorded with the state of the art audio equipment, carefully edited and mastered to be clean and crisp without any unwanted noise or interference.

Is your website the only place to purchase this Pro Sound Pack?

Yes. This is the one and only place to buy it. No other websites are authorized to sell or license our Pro Sound Pack. All sounds in the Pro Sound Pack are recorded, designed, produced, owned and copyrighted by us.

Are the sound effects both PC and Mac compatible?

Yes. Mp3 and Wav audio files are both PC and Mac compatible.

How can I unzip the file?
​
Please allow the .zip file to download completely (100%) before attempting to unzip it. Most computers already have an unzip software installed. Just double-click on the downloaded file and your software will automatically unzip the file.
